***DRAFT*** THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0003 IS TO PROVIDE THE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO THE DRAFT SOLICITATION1. REVISED THE TOTAL ORDERING PERIOD REMOVING ALL OPTION YEARS WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES IAW (52.217-8) 2. PROVIDE GOVERNMENT RESPONSES TO PROJNET QandAnswers. THESE ARE NOTED CHANGES, HOWEVER, IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THE AMENDMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IDENTIFY ALL CHANGES. THE SUBMISSION RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENED TO 17 AUGUST 2026 PENDING RELEASE OF THE FINAL SOLICATION.
