Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking to identify sources capable and interested in completing anticipates a requirement for Outside Airfield Runway Repair. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and attachments. (Special attention is asked to be paid as to whether interested entities can provide the asphalt mix called for in United Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 32 12 15.13, as appears in SOW paragraph 2.5.4.)
