The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC) proposes to award a DHS?wide enterprise Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Carahsoft Technology Corporation under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).
