All documents, attachments, redlines, and responses from the 26 October 2026 posting remain active and unchanged, as part of this Amendment 0001. The Government will award a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation. Offerors are required to submit proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in Section L of the RFP. Formal questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than 20 October 2026 at 1700 Eastern Standard Time. All proposal volumes must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module PSM at https//piee.eb.mil/ no later than 13 November 2026 at 1700 Eastern Standard Time. Proposals submitted through other means will not be accepted. Ensure you are logged into PIEE with an authorized vendor role to view and download solicitation attachments. Offerors must be properly registered in PIEE, SAM.gov, and the Joint Certification Program JCP to participate and access all attachments. Offerors must possess an active Top Secret Facility Clearance at the time of proposal submission and offers must be valid for a minimum of 270 calendar days. Communications with any Government personnel other than the listed Contracting Officers are prohibited.
